Wagner, Codispoti & Co., P.C. was formed in 1990 through the merger of the accounting practices of Jim Wagner, MBA, CPA and Ross Codispoti, CPA. Jim and Ross have been in public practice in the Dallas area since 1980 and 1977, respectively. In addition to the accounting services we provide to our business clients, we have significant experience in providing financial and tax planning and income tax preparation services for individuals and small or medium sized businesses.
